Our Dentists
Dr. Kee graduated from the University of Leeds in 1984 and has been in general practice since. He has held an honorary clinical post in the Oral and Maxillo-facial Unit at the Leicester Royal Infirmary from 1999 to 2003. His main interests are cosmetic and restorative dentistry, which includes crowns, veneers and bridgework, and implants. In 2008 he received his Certificate in Surgical and Prosthodontic Implantology from the Eastman Dental Institute, University College London, and was accepted by the Association of Dental Implantology UK. He is a scholar of the world renowned Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA. He is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and features on the list of recommended cosmetic dentists of the Academy. He is also a member of the British Dental Association. Outside dentistry, Dr. Kee is a very keen golfer but unfortunately never finds enough time to play!
Dr. Mann qualified from the University of Birmingham in 1977. He began his career in general practice in Reading. After one year he moved to Germany where he bought his own practice near Minden. Working in Germany provided a completely different outlook to clinical practice, and through the generous funding of the German insurance system, he was able to gain invaluable experience in the more complicated aspects of the restorative and cosmetic treatment with excellent laboratory support. During this time he attended many courses/conferences in both Germany and England. In 2004 he returned to his native Leicestershire with his family, and joined the Oadby Dental Clinic. In 2008, he successfully completed a year long course in restorative dentistry. He is a member of the British Dental Association. When he is not looking at people’s teeth, he enjoys shooting and diving.
Dr. Looi qualified in 1999 from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. After working 3 years in general practice, he moved to England with his family. He continued his dental career in general practice. In 2007 he joined the Oadby Dental Clinic. He loves the variety of challenges that he sees each day in general practice. His main goal in dentistry is to make the dental experience enjoyable with as little discomfort as possible. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his young family, cycling and model building.
